Job summary

Protecht is seeking a Senior Mobile Engineer / Lead to guide our Mobile Team in building and evolving our React Native apps across iOS and Android. This hands‑on leadership role involves coaching three developers, shaping mobile architecture, and collaborating with product, design, and engineering to deliver high‑performing apps at scale.

You’ll mentor teammates, review code, and drive best practices while helping to scale our mobile platform globally in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of mobile development with React Native.

Responsibilities

• Lead an agile team to build, test, and ship scalable mobile apps in React Native (iOS + Android).
• Plan and track releases and sprints using Agile Scrum.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and QA to deliver features users love.
• Mentor and develop your team, review code, and lift engineering standards.
• Contribute to architecture and technical design decisions for mobile apps.
