Job summary

Transport for NSW is seeking a Testing and Commissioning Manager for the Tangara Fleet Life Extension program. The role is based on-site in Flemington, NSW, and is a fixed-term, full-time opportunity for up to 23 months.

You will lead a team of technical specialists, ensuring modified rolling stock meets project, safety, quality and regulatory requirements, with a focus on delivering safe and compliant outcomes. This is an on-site position with shift work required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver testing and commissioning for the Tangara Fleet Life Extension program, ensuring safety, quality and regulatory requirements are met.
• Lead testing and commissioning activities and a team of technical specialists, balancing safety, quality and delivery against project schedules.
• Drive continuous improvement in testing practices, safety and productivity while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
