Job summary

DT Infrastructure is seeking an experienced Signalling Supervisor to lead the QTMP Project on the Gold Coast. You will oversee signalling installation works across site-based and off-site activities, ensuring delivery to approved drawings, ITPs, and rail standards.

You will coordinate labour, plant, and materials, manage access constraints, isolations, and possession conditions in a live rail environment, and mentor crews while upholding safety and quality expectations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supervising signalling installation works within rail projects.
• Strong knowledge of signalling systems and installation practices.
• Experience with QR environment or equivalent rail standards.
• Ability to manage multiple crews and ensure safety and QA processes.
• Relevant railway signalling licence or equivalent would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day signalling installation activities, ensuring safety and compliance with drawings, circuit books, ITPs and rail standards.
• Plan and allocate labour, plant and materials to maintain programme and optimise productivity.
• Lead and enforce safe working practices including SWMS, permits, rail safety requirements, isolations and access conditions.
• Ensure works meet QA requirements, participate in audits, site briefings and incident investigations.
• Coordinate with Construction Manager and Project Engineer to optimise sequencing and manage risks.
