Job summary

The Public Transport Authority's High-Capacity Signalling (HCS) project seeks a senior leader to deliver critical Configuration Management Systems that support future rail operations. You will plan, design, develop and implement technical systems, ensuring seamless integration into business operations while guiding change management and stakeholder engagement.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams and consultants, ensuring delivery to scope, budget, quality and safety requirements.

Qualifications

Proven success delivering complex infrastructure projects from planning through to implementation.
Strong project, stakeholder, configuration and change management experience.
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams, consultants and contractors to achieve project outcomes.
Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive effective solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery of CMS within the High-Capacity Signalling (HCS) project, ensuring integration into business operations.
Drive system adoption, configuration management and operational process improvements.
Oversee complex projects, multidisciplinary teams, consultants and contractors to meet scope, budget, quality and safety requirements.
Provide expert technical and project management advice, influence system design and operational standards, and build partnerships across government and industry.
