Job summary

The Public Transport Authority (PTA) in Western Australia is seeking a Senior Program/Project leader to deliver Configuration Management Systems (CMS) for the High-Capacity Signalling project. You will drive planning, design, development and implementation of technical systems and ensure their adoption into business operations.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, consultants and contractors, ensuring delivery to scope, budget, quality and safety, while influencing system design and operating

Qualifications

• Proven success delivering complex infrastructure projects from planning through to implementation.
• Strong project, stakeholder, configuration and change management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams, consultants and contractors to achieve project outcomes.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of Configuration Management Systems and oversee integration into business operations.
• Oversee complex projects, multidisciplinary teams, consultants and contractors to deliver to scope, budget, quality and safety requirements.
• Provide expert technical and project management advice and influence system design and operating standards.
• Build strong partnerships across government, industry and internal stakeholders.
