Based in Brisbane CBD, TSA Riley is seeking a Project Scheduler/Senior Project Manager to lead integrated schedules for rail and infrastructure projects. You will work with project managers, contractors and clients to ensure activities are planned, coordinated and delivered to milestones using Primavera P6.

The role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder communication, and a proactive approach to risk and schedule control.

Formación

• Demonstrated experience as a Project Scheduler/Planner in infrastructure or rail projects.
• Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 and schedule management.
• Ability to develop integrated project schedules across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Understanding of project lifecycle management.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain and manage integrated project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Establish and maintain baseline programmes with critical path.
• Monitor progress against milestones and deliverables.
• Perform schedule impact assessments and what-if analysis.
• Prepare programme reports, dashboards and progress updates.
• Support forecasting, earned value reporting and performance metrics.
• Facilitate schedule reviews and planning workshops.
• Identify and manage schedule risks, assumptions and constraints.
• Coordinate rail possession planning and interface activities.
• Maintain accurate programme records and audit trails.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in planning practices.
