DT Infrastructure is growing our South Australia Rail Team and is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to provide engineering, technical, quality support and other duties as delegated by the Senior Project Manager and Operations Manager.

This is a full-time position on a 10:4 DIDO roster, based in South Australia, with responsibilities including leading engineering and construction activities, managing schedules, QA, risk and stakeholder engagement to deliver safe, on-time, on-budget projects.

Formación

• Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent tertiary qualification.
• Be a member of, or eligible to be a member of Engineers Australia
• Minimum of 5 Years engineering experience in the rail industry
• Minimum of 3 Years’ experience with developing and managing project schedules
• Demonstrated ability in proactively build relationships with key stakeholders and develop new business opportunities

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate engineering and construction to deliver projects safely, on time, within budget, and to quality.
• Provide technical leadership, oversight, design interpretation, risk management, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
• Manage quality assurance processes including inspections, testing, audits, non-conformance management, and compliance documentation.
• Support planning, procurement, estimating, budgeting, subcontractor management, and business improvement initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop project personnel with accountability, collaboration, and high-performance delivery.
• Promote and maintain health, safety, environmental, and rail compliance standards through leadership, training, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
