Job summary

Multicultural Consulting Services Pty Ltd is seeking a capable rail project leader to take responsibility for delivering rail infrastructure projects in South Australia. You will head project teams and oversee safety, commercial, financial, programme and quality from planning through handover.

You will manage budgets, procurement, relationships with clients and suppliers, and ensure contractual performance while maintaining a strong safety and quality focus.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience with strong planning and programming capabilities.
• Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Project Management or related discipline.
• Track Safe Working certification or ability to obtain.
• Medical fitness to perform role duties.
• First Aid training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan project delivery, budgets, procurement and resources.
• Manage client, supplier and subcontractor relationships and contractual performance.
• Lead site safety, environmental and rail compliance and risk reviews.
• Coach teams and manage workforce development and performance.
• Monitor programme, quality and costs and implement corrective actions.
• Provide dependable reporting and organise project handover.
