Job summary

John Holland's North Western Program Alliance (NWPA) seeks a Senior Planner based at Albion VIC to lead project planning, scheduling and controls across the full lifecycle. You will develop, maintain and optimise detailed design and construction programmes, including critical path analysis and performance reporting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Construction, Building, Architecture or related field.
• Significant experience in planning, controls and project delivery.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and project controls tools (EV, cash flow, schedule risk).
• Experience supporting tender and project delivery planning with risk management.
• Ability to develop, implement and audit planning processes and systems.
• Experience with Aphex, Safran and Time Chainage Charts.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, scheduling and controls across the full lifecycle.
• Develop, maintain and optimise detailed design/construction programmes.
• Implement project controls, monitoring and reporting systems.
• Drive planning excellence, continuous improvement and risk management.
• Partner with project teams, clients, alliance partners and subcontractors.
• Lead, coach and develop planning personnel.
• Support programme analysis, benchmarking and corrective actions.
