Job summary

John Holland is seeking a Planning Manager based in Sunshine (Albion) to support the full project lifecycle, create detailed programmes, and monitor performance to deliver on time and on budget in line with JJH procedures.

The successful candidate will lead planning activities, manage interfaces with stakeholders and partners, and drive a culture of planning excellence across major projects.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in Construction, Engineering, Planning and Project Controls.
• Experience in planning processes and risk management.
• Experience leading planning teams on major projects and tenders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement planning strategies and audits for large projects.
• Ensure planning activities align with John Holland policies and procedures.
• Lead a planning and controls culture across the project group, focusing on risk and cost control.
• Supervise planning staff and coordinate with subcontractors to deliver schedules.
