Job summary

UGL Pty Limited is seeking a Senior Maintenance & Testing Engineer to provide technical leadership across the NSW Passenger fleet, with a focus on safe, reliable maintenance, testing and commissioning of rolling stock. Based at Kangy Angy, NSW, you will mentor teams and influence maintenance processes.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, manage priorities in a fast-paced environment and drive continuous improvement while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical or related technical qualification.
• Experience in maintenance, testing, commissioning, asset management or reliability engineering.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Ability to engage with stakeholders and communicate effectively.
• Continuous improvement mindset and safety commitment.
• Experience mentoring or coaching others in technical environments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operation.
• Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
