Job summary

Design & Build Recruitment seeks a Senior Civil Infrastructure Project Manager to join our Sydney operations, delivering major transport infrastructure for a principal contractor. You will own project delivery, drive plans and budgets, and coordinate engineering, construction, procurement and commercial activities.

We value a degree in civil engineering and proven PM experience on large-scale civil works, with strong client and stakeholder relationships and a focus on safety, quality and program

Qualifications

• Degree in civil engineering or similar.
• Experience delivering civil infrastructure projects for a principal contractor.
• Demonstrated project management on $75M–$100M scale.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of project delivery, outcomes and safety.
• Manage plans, budgets, reporting and milestones.
• Coordinate across engineering, construction, procurement and commercial teams.
• Lead subcontractor procurement, negotiations and performance management.
• Oversee variations, claims and client reporting with senior leadership.
• Maintain relationships with government clients, consultants and delivery partners.
