Job summary

Australian Rail Track Corp. (ARTC) is seeking a senior project leader to drive large capital infrastructure projects across South Australia and Western Australia.

You will oversee end-to-end delivery, manage budgets and risks, and coordinate with operations to minimise disruption while upholding governance and safety standards. Ideal candidates will have an engineering degree, Engineers Australia eligibility, and qualifications such as White Card, RIW and ClassC.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree and eligibility for Engineers Australia.
• Experience delivering major capital infrastructure projects.
• Strong commercial, contract and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project delivery across scope, cost, schedule, quality, safety and environmental requirements.
• Lead multidisciplinary Project Managers, Engineers, consultants and contractors to achieve project objectives.
• Oversee project performance, milestones, budgets, forecasting and risks.
• Manage contracts, procurement, claims, variations and commercial documentation.
• Provide accurate project status and financial reporting to senior management.
• Coordinate delivery with ARTC network operations to minimise disruption.
• Ensure compliance with project management procedures, governance, SMS, EMS and legislation.
• Promote a strong safety culture and rail safety requirements.
