Job summary

Evolve Scientific in Western Sydney is seeking a Food Product Development professional for a full-time 3-6 month casual role with potential permanent opportunities. You will work cross-functionally with Development Chefs, Production, Quality, Supply Chain and Procurement to develop and implement new products, processes and packaging.

The role requires a degree in Food Science or equivalent, recent PD experience with RTE meals and meat products, and strong knowledge of labeling legislation.

Qualifications

• Recent experience in a PD role with RTE meals and meat products.
• Proven understanding of legislative requirements for labelling and products.
• Creative and able to think outside the box with a driven personality.
• Ability to work in a fast-moving environment.
• Liaise and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

Our client is a value-added protein manufacturer with a state-of-the-art facility based in Western Sydney. They supply innovative meal solutions to major retailers and leading QSR across Australia. This is a full-time, 3-6 month casual role with standard office hours. However, there are permanent opportunities. This is a cross-functional role works closely with Development Chefs, Production, Quality, Supply Chain and Procurement.
