Evolve Scientific in Brisbane invites an enthusiastic R&D Laboratory Technician to join our global client’s Research & Development team on a permanent basis. You will work across product development, pilot plant trials, and laboratory operations, operating and maintaining equipment, preparing samples, and ensuring accurate documentation.

A Diploma or higher in Food Science or related field and at least 1 year of relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or higher qualification in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related scientific discipline.
• Minimum 1 year's experience in a food manufacturing, laboratory, or product development environment.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Motivated, hands-on, and eager to learn.

Aufgaben

• Operate, maintain, and clean laboratory and pilot plant equipment.
• Support product development trials and testing activities.
• Coordinate equipment calibration and servicing.
• Prepare samples for customers, distributors, and stability studies.
• Monitor laboratory consumables and raw material inventory.
• Assist with laboratory administration, documentation, and purchase orders.
• Maintain a safe, organised, and compliant laboratory environment.
