E. B. Mawson & Sons Pty Ltd in Berrigan NSW seeks an experienced Quarry Manager to lead site operations, safety, production planning and financial management. You will direct staff, oversee plant scheduling, production targets and regulatory compliance while contributing to quarry development.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on involvement, and a commitment to safety and quality across Mawsons’ regional quarries.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years relevant industry experience (desirable).
• Professional maturity and strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage efficient and productive quarry operations.
• Manage operations to production targets and product specifications.
• Manage site safety and oversee regulatory compliance.
• Manage and co-ordinate staff.
• Co-ordinate plant scheduling and production planning.
• Manage stock and plant & equipment requirements.
• Generate reports, manage budget and P&L.
• Assess equipment and production materials levels.
• Undertake site inspections and risk assessments.
• Be involved in marketing and sales efforts.
• Contribute to drill & blast and quarry development.
