Job summary

Recruit4staff, on behalf of a leading international construction and infrastructure business, is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on Sellafield. You will take commercial responsibility for major civil engineering works, oversee NEC contract administration, cost management, valuations and reporting, and lead commercial activity across multiple work packages.

This permanent role offers salary up to £70,000 per year plus a £5,750 car allowance and a benefits package including enhanced

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Senior Quantity Surveyor on major civil projects.
• Strong NEC Contract Administration experience.
• Budget management exposure.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Experience mentoring junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Take commercial responsibility for the financial performance of major civil engineering works.
• Oversee NEC contract administration, cost management, valuations and reporting.
• Manage subcontractor accounts, payment applications, variations and cost-value reconciliations.
• Provide clear commercial leadership across multiple work packages and identify commercial risks.
