Responsabilités

• Manage civils projects from procurement through to final account.
• Prepare and negotiate cost plans, bills of quantities and valuations.
• Administer contracts and monitor commercial performance.
• Collaborate with site teams and subcontractors to control costs.
• Provide accurate reporting and cost forecasting to stakeholders.

Civils Quantity Surveyor

Location: Liverpool

We are recruiting for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a civil engineering contractor delivering a range of projects across the region.

The successful candidate will have a strong civils subcontracting background, with experience across civils, groundworks and drainage projects. The nature of the business some estimating experience would be an advantage. Typical project values range from £100k up to around £5million.

Projects include:

• Airport projects
• Housing developments
• Groundworks
• Drainage
• Civil engineering & infrastructure

Project values: £100k - £5 million
