Resources Group in Sydney is seeking a Senior Quantitative Market Research Consultant to lead end-to-end quantitative projects. You’ll own the research lifecycle, from setup and fieldwork to analysis and storytelling of insights for clients across financial services, public institutions, not-for-profits and brands.
The role offers real ownership, working on high-impact studies with senior mentors, flexible work options (two office days, three from home) and meaningful, client-facing outcomes.
Small agency. Big questions. Your name on the whole project, not just a slice of it.
This boutique, full-service insights agency has built a reputation that’s far bigger than its headcount. Creative, energetic and refreshingly hands-on, it’s led by a senior team who still roll up their sleeves on the work, and who’ve built something genuinely meaningful in the process.

This boutique, full-service insights agency has built a reputation that’s far bigger than its headcount. Creative, energetic and refreshingly hands‑on, it’s led by a senior team who still roll up their sleeves on the work, and who’ve built something genuinely meaningful in the process.
Their client list is refreshingly varied, spanning financial services, public institutions, not-for-profits and consumer brands, with a real soft spot for work that does some good.
The work covers brand positioning, communications, strategy and innovation. Think brand health and tracking, segmentation, U&A, campaign development and concept testing.

This is a genuinely end-to-end quant role. In a team this size, nothing gets handed off and nothing gets siloed, so you’ll touch every stage.
