Job summary

Resources Group in Sydney is seeking a Senior Quant Consultant to translate business questions into smart research approaches and actionable recommendations.

You’ll manage quantitative and mixed-method projects end to end, collaborate with clients to understand their challenges, design surveys, analyse data with Q and SPSS, and present insights that drive decisions. The role supports junior researchers and offers hybrid work and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven agency-side research experience with a quantitative focus.

The role

As Senior Quant Consultant, you’ll help turn business questions into smart research approaches and meaningful recommendations.

• Manage quantitative and mixed-method projects end to end
• Work directly with clients to understand their challenges and objectives
• Contribute to research design, proposals and strategic thinking
• Analyse data using Q and/or SPSS
• Turn findings into clear, commercially relevant insights
• Present back to clients and build strong account relationships
• Support junior researchers

You’ll also have the chance to broaden your toolkit, whether that’s developing qualitative skills, contributing to thought leadership or exploring how AI and different data sources can help answer client questions in smarter ways.
