Job summary

Resources Group is seeking a Senior Quant Consultant to translate business questions into smart research approaches and meaningful recommendations. You’ll manage quantitative and mixed-method projects end to end, working directly with clients to understand challenges and objectives.

You will contribute to research design, proposals and strategic thinking, analyse data with Q/SPSS, and turn findings into commercially relevant insights while supporting junior researchers.

Qualifications

• Proven agency-side research experience with a strong quantitative foundation.
• Confidence across survey design, analysis and insight development.
• Able to ask thoughtful questions and understand the client’s world.
• Willingness to grow from researcher to consultant and trusted advisor.

Responsibilities

• Manage quantitative and mixed-method projects end to end.
• Work directly with clients to understand challenges and objectives.
• Contribute to research design, proposals and strategic thinking.
• Analyse data using Q and/or SPSS.
• Turn findings into clear, commercially relevant insights.
• Present back to clients and build strong account relationships.
• Support junior researchers.
