Job summary

Resources Group AU is seeking a Senior Consultant in Sydney to own end-to-end quantitative research projects, from setup through fieldwork to storytelling of insights. You will work hands-on, using questionnaires and Excel to drive meaningful recommendations.

You’ll partner with senior staff on large projects and independently run smaller assignments. The role requires strong numerical acumen, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple projects while delivering clear

Qualifications

• 4+ years in quantitative research, ideally agency side.
• Excellent questionnaire design skills and strong Excel.
• Confidence across fieldwork management and analysis.
• A storyteller’s instinct for what the data actually means.

Responsibilities

• Set it up: Project setup, questionnaire design and link testing.
• Run the field: Manage fieldwork and keep moving parts on track.
• Get into the data: Hands-on analysis in Q and Excel.
• Find the story: storyboard findings and turn numbers into insight.
• Own it: partner with senior team on bigger projects and run smaller ones.
