Job summary

Blackbook Recruitment in Melbourne seeks a Senior Quality Manager to lead the quality strategy, governance and assurance, shaping systems, standards and culture for greenfield renewable energy and infrastructure projects.

You will collaborate with project leaders to embed quality across the lifecycle, drive audits and continuous improvement, and influence major capital delivery with a strong emphasis on risk management and performance reporting.

Qualifications

• Ideally a tertiary degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Strong knowledge of ISO9001 and QA/QC in complex construction, engineering or infrastructure environments.
• Experience across the project lifecycle from design to handover.
• Experience leading quality frameworks within growing organisations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the organisation's quality function and governance framework.
• Develop and implement scalable quality systems, standards and assurance programs.
• Partner with project teams to embed quality across planning, delivery and handover.
• Drive audit, compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide strategic guidance on quality risk management and performance.
• Develop reporting and insights to support informed decisions.
• Foster a culture of quality, accountability and operational excellence.
