Job summary

Airswift is seeking a Senior Quality Advisor to support a major project delivery and readiness environment in Perth, WA. The role covers quality management, supplier deliverables, audit activity, and project assurance from front-end loading to closeout.

The successful candidate will strengthen quality performance, ensure regulatory alignment, and enhance traceability across a complex portfolio, collaborating with engineering disciplines and stakeholders to drive end-to-end quality success.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering or related trade qualification.
• Experience across oil and gas, energy, or resources projects.
• 5+ years providing quality support on large projects.
• Experience with EP, EPC, EPCM, or CM delivery models.
• Experience with OEMs and tier-one contractors.

Responsibilities

• Provide Quality advice and guidance on Quality principles, process and application across all Project and functional teams.
• Support development, implementation and maintain conformance to the Quality Management framework.
• Establish Project level Quality strategic planning, implementation, guidance, and support through to Project completion and closeout.
• Collaborate with Engineering disciplines to establish technical Quality requirements for FEL activities.
• Review and interpret technical data/drawings/documents for supplier/contractor deliverables.
• Identify, review and approve Contractor and Supplier technical Quality Deliverables.
• Establish, document and communicate Project Quality requirements with stakeholders.
• Monitor and report on Quality health and status across the portfolio.
• Facilitate Project audits and corrective actions.
