Job summary

Karbon seeks Senior Quality Engineers to balance efficiency and excellence. You will own quality, lead by example, and coach engineers in test automation to ensure a great user experience across products. The role emphasizes autonomy, collaboration, and AI-enabled testing in a globally distributed team.

You will contribute to building scalable QA strategies, invade new testing approaches, and mentor others while maintaining high standards in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with Playwright or other test automation frameworks (TestCafe, Cypress, Webdriver.IO)
• Proficiency in C# or TypeScript or other OO languages is a plus
• Experience with API, contract, and integration testing is preferred
• Ability to coach others, lead by example, and guide engineers in testing
• Experience in incident analysis to prevent recurrences and drive improvements
• Comfort using AI tools to enhance testing, skills, and workflows
• Strong communication within an international, multi-location team
• Familiarity with full SDLC and quality engineering best practices
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
