Binance is seeking a fresh graduate or intern to join the Quality Assurance team for backend testing across App, Web, Backend, and Admin platforms. You will contribute to automation, test planning, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure high-quality software releases.

The role emphasizes Python automation, agile sprints, and ownership of test coverage. Remote-first work arrangement is offered, with potential variation by role and team.

Qualifications

• Fresh Graduate or Intern with < 1 years experience interested with QA Backend Testing are welcomed to apply.
• Automation testing experience is required.
• Comfortable with agile release cycles (2–3 week sprints, grey rollouts, full releases).
• Able to independently own test coverage and review others' test cases/code.
• Strong cross-functional communication—proactively flag risk, not just report bugs.
• Python automation basics—read, extend, and maintain existing test scripts (no need to build from scratch).
• Strong sense of ownership: you care about quality, not just coverage number.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end QA for Quality & Efficiency: requirements review → test planning → case design → execution → release sign-off.
• Participate in cross-platform testing (App/Web/Backend/Admin), identifying Fiat risk across the full stack.
• Support Quality & Efficiency feature testing: stream start/end, co-streaming, cross-room connections, playback, compliance—edge cases like weak network, stream drops, backgrounding, high concurrency.
• Support maintain and extend our automation regression framework (Python + pytest + k6).
• Collaborate closely with PMs, engineers, compliance, and operations to close quality loops fast.
• Contribute to AI-assisted testing initiatives and team knowledge base.
