Job summary

01.tech is seeking an experienced QA engineer to drive quality across large-scale products. You will build end-to-end Playwright tests, automate API tests, and perform hands-on manual testing for frontend and backend systems. You will mentor QA engineers and contribute to a culture of ownership and trust.

The role offers a fully remote or modern office setup, with health insurance and a benefits allowance after probation, plus training reimbursements and relocation options subject to approval.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of QA experience.
• Hands-on manual frontend and backend testing.
• Hands-on Playwright experience.
• Experience testing REST APIs and WebSocket.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Opportunity to work on large-scale products and contribute to their development.

Responsibilities

• Take an active role in the release process and ensure product quality at every stage.
• Build and maintain E2E automated tests using Playwright.
• Develop and maintain API automated tests.
• Perform hands‑on manual testing across frontend and backend.
• Test REST APIs and WebSocket integrations.
• Work with products built on a microservices architecture.
• Mentor QA engineers and help strengthen QA expertise across the team.
