Job summary

Lanson Partners is seeking multiple Senior Python Developers to join a high-performing engineering team building production-grade AI capabilities across a large enterprise environment. This is a software engineering role first, with Python at the centre.

You’ll design, build and operate backend services and AI-enabled workflows used across customer-facing and internal platforms, with a strong focus on production quality, reliability and scalability.

Qualifications

• Strong Python backend development experience.
• Ability to design scalable, production-grade systems.
• Experience with APIs, microservices, testing, CI/CD and production support.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, agents, RAG or MCP.
• Exposure to LangGraph, LangChain or Google ADK.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Responsibilities
