RPS, a Tetra Tech company, is seeking a Senior Pursuit & Bid Co-ordinator to lead the planning, positioning and delivery of strategic pursuits and bids across Australia, including Melbourne, Perth and Brisbane.

The role collaborates with technical experts, business leaders and marketing to develop compelling submissions, engage clients and elevate RPS’ market presence. Strong bid management and writing skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in bids and tender submissions and pursuits within a professional services environment.
• Advanced Microsoft Office 365 skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building capabilities.
• Outstanding writing, editing and communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong initiative and the ability to work autonomously.
• Experience with online tender portals and client procurement processes.
• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite will be highly regarded.

The Opportunity

As Senior Pursuit & Bid Co-ordinator, you will lead the planning, positioning and delivery of strategic pursuits and bids for projects across Australia , helping to secure projects that support Australia's infrastructure, development and resources projects.

You will work collaboratively with technical experts, business leaders and marketing professionals to develop compelling submissions, strengthen client engagement and elevate RPS' profile within the market.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Leading strategic pursuits and bid opportunities from initial pursuit through to submission
• Coordinating planning and positioning activities for key opportunities
