- Create and maintain CVs and bios for all staff.
- Support the national pursuit & bid team in distributing tender notifications.
- Leverage AI tools and technology to improve bid quality and efficiency.

As Senior Pursuit & Bid Co-ordinator, you will lead the planning, positioning and delivery of strategic pursuits and bids for projects across Australia , helping to secure projects that support Australia's infrastructure, development and resources projects.
You will work collaboratively with technical experts, business leaders and marketing professionals to develop compelling submissions, strengthen client engagement and elevate RPS' profile within the market.
- Leading strategic pursuits and bid opportunities from initial pursuit through to submission
- Coordinating planning and positioning activities for key opportunities
- Facilitate or participate in go/no go discussions
- Developing tailored, high-quality bid content and submission materials
- Maintaining capability statements, project experience and bid library content
- Create and maintain CVs and bios for all staff
- Supporting the national pursuit & bid team in distributing tender notifications
- Leveraging AI tools and technology to improve bid quality and efficiency.
You are a highly organised and commercially minded pursuits, bids, marketing or business development professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in bids and tender submissions and pursuits within a professional services environment
- Advanced Microsoft Office 365 skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building capabilities
- Outstanding writing, editing and communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong initiative and the ability to work autonomously
- Experience with online tender portals and client procurement processes
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite will be highly regarded.
