MooGoo Skin Care, an Australian-owned skincare brand, seeks a senior Purchasing Manager to lead the procurement function across raw materials, packaging and third-party finished goods. Based at Burleigh Heads, you will drive supplier strategies, cost control and supply continuity while collaborating with Manufacturing, Quality and Product Development.

Proven experience managing a purchasing/procurement function in FMCG or related industries.
Experience leading and developing a purchasing team.
Strong supplier negotiation and cost-management skills.
Experience with raw materials, packaging and finished goods procurement.
Ability to manage inventory, lead times and MOQs.

Responsabilidades

Lead and develop the Purchasing Team with clear objectives.
Own end-to-end procurement of ingredients, raw materials, packaging and third‑party manufactured products.
Develop strategic supplier relationships and lead negotiations.
Align purchasing with demand forecasts, production plans and inventory targets.
Ensure quality and regulatory compliance for purchased materials.
