Job summary

Flowserve is seeking a DCI Repair Technician to dismantle, clean, inspect and repair pumps and decoking equipment. You will use precision instruments to measure parts, document results, and ensure quality and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Must have experience as a rotating machinery mechanic.
• HS Diploma or GED and relevant experience (5–7 years).
• Experience in a manufacturing environment or with pumps/heavy machinery preferred.

Responsibilities

• Dismantle, clean, inspect pumps and decoking equipment.
• Repair and assemble components meeting quality and delivery standards.
• Use precision measuring tools; document inspection results.
• Coordinate with production planners, engineers and customers as needed.
• Maintain reporting and quality processes; raise non-conformity reports when needed.
