Job summary

Flowserve Corporation is seeking a DCI Repair Technician to dismantle, clean, inspect, repair, and assemble pump and decoking equipment. The role requires using precision tools, documenting inspections, and maintaining quality and on-time delivery.

You will work with production planners, engineers, and customers, with opportunities for development in a global flow control leader. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work overtime including weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience as rotating machinery mechanic.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Own tools including micrometers and a roll-around toolbox.

Responsibilities

• Follow pre-job briefings, complete checklists and procedures.
• Disassemble, repair or replace defective parts and components.
• Inspect components with precision measuring tools and document results.
• Clean parts for reuse and document their condition.
• Coordinate with planners, engineers and customers as needed.
• Exhibit teamwork and drive continuous improvement.
