Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action (DEECA) seeks a Senior Procurement Specialist to deliver end-to-end procurement services supporting Victoria's Bushfire and Forest Services. You will provide expert advice, manage multiple sourcing activities and strengthen governance while supervising a small team and advancing continuous improvement across procurement functions.

Qualificações

• Significant experience delivering end-to-end procurement activities in complex environments.
• Experience managing RFQ, RFT and EOI processes.
• Strong knowledge of Victorian Government procurement policies, frameworks and governance requirements.
• Ability to develop procurement documentation, specifications, evaluation criteria and sourcing strategies.
• Experience providing practical procurement advice to stakeholders across diverse business areas.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships.
• Experience supporting contract establishment, supplier management and procurement record management.
• Leadership capability with the ability to supervise, coach and develop team members.
• Focus on continuous improvement, customer service and operational excellence.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end procurement activities to support Bushfire and Forest Services operations.
• Provide expert procurement advice and governance across the organisation.
• Supervise and develop direct reports and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop sourcing strategies, documentation and evaluation criteria.
• Engage stakeholders across government, industry and emergency management sectors.
