Barwon Health seeks a Senior Clinical Psychologist to lead assessment and evidence-based treatment for adults with moderate to severe mental illness in inpatient and community settings. You will supervise Grade 2 psychologists and students within an interprofessional team and help shape new programs and pathways to improve access to care.

The role emphasizes collaborative decision making, service development, and incident management within the Mental Health Therapy Services, with opportunities

Competenze

• Current AHPRA registration with clinical psychology endorsement and eligibility for supervisor status.
• Experience delivering empirically supported assessment and treatment for adults with mental illness.
• Expertise in therapeutic approaches such as CBT, ACT, DBT, MBT, CPT or EMDR.

Mansioni

• Deliver comprehensive mental health assessment and evidence-based treatment for adults with moderate to severe mental illness in inpatient, community and outreach settings.
• Provide clinical supervision to Grade 2 psychologists, students and early career staff; lead peer review processes.
• Contribute to development of new programs, models of care and service pathways to improve access to MHTS.
