Qualifications

• Registered Psychologist with AHPRA, with current practising certificate.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience (preferred).
• Experience supervising and mentoring colleagues.
• Strong assessment, formulation and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clinical caseload and provide assessment/intervention for clients.
• Lead clinical governance, quality assurance and program development.
• Mentor clinicians, monitor KPI achievement and caseloads.
• Develop psychology group programs and contribute to service growth.
