Morson Edge in Sydney is seeking a Proposal Manager for Workplace Design & Construct. This hands-on role leads a small team, drives submissions from start to finish, and ensures high-quality, visually compelling proposals. Hybrid role with collaboration across design, construction and client-facing activities.

You'll guide the Proposal and Graphics Coordinator, develop written content, oversee layouts, and maintain deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing proposals/bids within construction or design environments.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Strong eye for graphics and layout quality.
• Ability to mentor and guide a junior team member.

Responsibilities

• Manage proposals from start to finish and coordinate input from design, construction, and wider teams.
• Develop and review written content and oversee graphics, layouts and presentation quality.
• Manage deadlines and competing priorities; ensure submissions are accurate and competitive.
• Guide and develop the Proposal and Graphics Coordinator.
