Qualifications

• Ten years of experience in property industry or facilities management.
• Exceptional customer service skills with ability to build strong tenant relationships.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel; experience with databases and documentation.
• Knowledge of Microsoft BC and Yardi is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee allocated property portfolio and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Lead property management projects to drive value and asset performance.
• Foster relationships with tenants, contractors and internal teams.
• Collaborate with General Manager to develop Property Management and Facilities Management strategies.
• Manage tenant financials, lease renewals, and budget planning.
• Conduct routine property inspections and ensure issue resolution.
• Oversee lease administration for accuracy and compliance.
• Provide property-related advice to internal clients.
• Coordinate with Facilities Manager on maintenance and asset value.
• Maintain property management database and documentation.
