Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Property Services Manager to oversee all operational and engineering aspects of a premium commercial asset in Sydney. You will lead a team, coordinate with contractors and tenants, and drive safety, energy efficiency, and exceptional service.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years in leadership within critical environments and at least 5 years as a senior Operations Manager in A-Grade properties, with deep electrical/HVAC knowledge and NABERS/BEECeC

Qualifications

• 10 years of leadership in a critical engineering environment or premium asset.
• 5+ years as a senior Operations Manager in A-Grade properties.
• Deep technical competence in electrical systems and HVAC operations.
• Experience with NABERS ratings, BEEC processes.
• Knowledge of vertical transport analytics and building cyber security.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations of all critical engineering systems (HVAC, electrical, vertical transport, safety).
• Manage specialist engineering contractors and ensure compliance with contract scopes and safety standards.
• Lead WHS programs and promote a risk-focused safety culture.
• Monitor building performance to achieve NABERS 5.5 star targets.
• Prepare and manage annual operating and capital budgets; monitor quarterly financials.
• Conduct periodic inspections, coordinate preventive maintenance, mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with Macquarie, tenants, and partners to ensure high-quality service.
• Manage change requests and tenant refurbishment from review to commissioning.
• Generate operational reports and ensure fire safety compliance statements.
