Love Property Management but over the huge portfolios, endless inspections and doing absolutely everything yourself? This is a Property Manager role where you’ll actually have the support, systems and team around you to do your job well — without being stretched in every direction.

Based across Perth’s sought-after Western Suburbs and coastal corridor, you’ll join a collaborative, down-to-earth team with an experienced and genuinely supportive Head of Department who knows Property Management inside out.

WHY YOU’LL LOVE IT

• $75,000 – $90,000 + Super, with flexibility up to $95K for the right person (Depending on Experience)
• Manage an initial portfolio of around 90 properties
• 80% of the portfolio is within 10km of the office
• Dedicated support with routines, PCRs and finals
• Leasing support from advertising through to applications and references
• VA/admin support
• Dedicated Trust Accountant
• No trust accounting
• No BDM
• Pool car provided during business hours
• WFH flexibility once settled in
• Option to work between Claremont & Scarborough
• Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
• Free underground parking

• Your personal mobile number is not provided to clients

THE ROLE

You’ll take ownership of a well-located residential portfolio, with the majority of properties across the Western Suburbs, Doubleview and Scarborough areas.

You’ll have plenty of support around you, including an inspections resource, leasing support and administration assistance, meaning you can focus on building strong relationships with your owners and tenants and managing your portfolio properly.

The team genuinely works together, helps each other out and has created a happy, collaborative environment without the unnecessary drama.

ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for someone with previous Property Management experience who is:

• WA Property Management registered with a current driver’s licence
• A confident and clear communicator
• Organised, switched-on and capable of managing a portfolio
• Easy-going with a good sense of humour
• A genuine team player who isn’t afraid to jump in when needed
• Looking for a supportive environment where they can settle in and enjoy coming to work
