• 3-4 years' property management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Agents Representative Certificate is required.
• Current Police Check required.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.

• Conducting approximately 20% of routine inspections.
• Handling final inspections.
