Qualifications

• 3+ years of real estate experience preferred.
• Experience managing residential portfolios and leases.
• Knowledge of current tenancy legislation and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage properties and communicate with landlords and tenants.
• Handle arrears, rent reviews, and lease renewals.
• Prepare entry, inspection and exit reports for portfolios.
• Mediate disputes and maintain strong landlord/tenant relationships.
• Work to property management KPIs and deliver stakeholder satisfaction.
