Job summary

Jellis Craig Real Estate is seeking a Property Management Floater to provide portfolio coverage during staff leave at our Mount Waverley office. You will assist the wider Property Management team with daily tasks, inspections and general portfolio support to keep services seamless for rental providers and renters.

You will work closely with Property Managers to maintain service standards, respond to enquiries promptly, and support administration with a proactive, flexible and team‑oriented

Qualifications

• Essential prior Property Manager experience.
• Strong knowledge of Victorian rental legislation and PM processes.
• Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Property Management portfolios during staff leave and other absences.
• Oversee day-to-day PM responsibilities while providing temporary coverage.
• Conduct routine property inspections and complete accurate reports.
