You will work with a supportive Assistant Property Manager and enjoy minimal micromanagement as you handle senior duties, landlord communications, and portfolio management.

The role offers a stable FT position with no weekends, flexible hours, and a family‑oriented principal.

Qualifications

• 2+ years Property Management experience managing your own portfolio.
• Australian Driver's Licence.
• Strong communication skills.
• Neat and tidy personal presentation.
