Job summary

Oyster People Pty Ltd on the Gold Coast is seeking an experienced Property Manager who loves being out and about but wants to avoid portfolio headaches. This role focuses on out-of-office duties and client-facing inspections, with no portfolio to manage and no landlord headaches.

You will conduct inspections, prepare entry/exit reports, coordinate with tenants, and report back to a supportive Property Management team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year's Property Management experience.
• Current Real Estate Licence or relevant registration.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, particularly with inspection reports.
• Great communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
• The ability to work independently and manage your daily schedule.
• A genuine passion for Property Management and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections across the portfolio.
• Complete entry and exit condition reports.
• Assist the Property Management team with out-of-office appointments.
• Ensure properties are well presented and maintained.
• Provide feedback and reporting to the Property Management team.
• Build positive relationships with tenants during inspections.
• Manage daily appointments and inspection schedule.
• Work alongside a supportive team who handle day-to-day portfolio management.
