Oyster People Pty Ltd in Brisbane is seeking a Team Leader Property Management / Senior Property Manager to lead a small portfolio-focused team and drive exceptional landlord and tenant relationships.

The role covers coordination of a Property Officer, Leasing Officer, and a dedicated VA, with no weekend work, a base salary of AU$110,000–AU$120,000 plus super, and long-term career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• MIN 3 years as a Senior Property Manager with end-to-end experience.
• Strong knowledge of legislation affecting property management.
• Exceptional organisation and time management.
• Professional personal presentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team dedicated to 1 portfolio.
• Oversee Property Officer handling maintenance and tenant communications.
• Oversee Leasing Officer managing routines, entries and exits.
• Coordinate with a dedicated VA in support of the team.
• Liaise with landlords to ensure exceptional customer service.
