Are you an experienced Property Manager looking to take ownership of a well-maintained portfolio with strong support around you?

Our client is a highly regarded and growing real estate agency seeking a Senior Property Manager to join their supportive property management team on a 12-month contract, with potential to go permanent.

• Monday–Friday | 8:30am–5:00pm | 1-hour lunch

• Junior PM support for a 225-property portfolio

Your Responsibilities:

• End-to-end residential portfolio management
• Landlord and tenant relationship management
• Lease renewals and rent reviews
• Arrears, maintenance and compliance
• Routine inspections and reporting
• Tribunal matters when required

About You:

• Previous residential Property Management experience is a must
• Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organisation and time management
• Proactive, detail-focused and confident working autonomously
