Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Western Australia is seeking a Senior Property Manager to deliver integrated property, lease and account management across key client accounts, including Commonwealth portfolios. You will act as both landlord and tenant representative, coordinating on-site teams and driving governance, reporting and strategic advisory services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in commercial property management, lease management, account management or a related real estate environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex client relationships and service delivery contracts.
• Strong understanding of commercial leasing principles, lease administration and property management practices.
• Experience managing financial budgets, outgoings reconciliations and portfolio reporting.
• Proven people leadership experience, including direct management of teams.
• Experience working with Government or large corporate property portfolios highly regarded.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate outcomes and manage multiple competing priorities.
• Strong commercial, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Property & Lease Management across owned and leased assets with compliance and performance.
• Act as Landlord and Tenant representative delivering end-to-end tenancy management.
• Provide lease interpretation and guidance on obligations, renewal options and risks.
• Manage lease transactions including renewals, options, variations and terminations.
• Liaise with landlords, tenants, agents, solicitors and internal stakeholders on lease matters.
• Oversee rent payments, outgoings reconciliations and financial recoveries.
• Monitor portfolio performance, occupancy, contractual obligations and risks.
• Maintain accurate lease and property data in management systems.
• Ensure activities comply with contractual obligations and governance frameworks.
