The role involves a broad range of real estate projects for diverse clients, including land assembly, energy projects, and leasing.

You will work within a team of over 120 professionals across Australia, delivering Smarter Law and top-tier client service with a focus on technology-enabled practice.

Qualifications

• 4+ years post-admission experience in property law.
• Significant experience across general real estate matters.
• Strong client service ethos.
• Excellent technical and drafting skills.
• Strong analytical and legal research skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise on land assembly and compulsory acquisition.
• Oversee renewable energy and energy projects.
• Handle sale and purchase of real estate and leasing matters.
• Manage files for a range of real estate matters with minimal supervision and delegate to juniors.
