Engage Personnel partners with a Melbourne law firm to recruit a Senior Associate or Special Counsel with 10–15 years of property experience. You will act as the second-in-command to the Property Partner, leading the team and guiding complex property matters.

The role emphasises mentoring, business development and strong client/referrer networks, with a clear pathway toward partnership and a flexible hybrid work model in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs.

Competenze

• Approximately 10–15 years' property law experience.
• Strong technical capability across commercial property and development.
• Confidence managing complex transactions and senior client relationships.
• Experience mentoring and developing junior lawyers.
• Commercial judgement and a practical, solutions-focused approach.
• Genuine interest in leadership, practice development and building a team.

Mansioni

• Lead and mentor the Property team, providing technical guidance.
• Manage a broad range of property matters including acquisitions, development, leasing and due diligence.
• Develop client and referrer relationships to grow the practice.
